What will you be doing?

Undertaking research and signposting beneficiaries to sources of help. Completing a form to establish any financial support they require from the Association. Keeping the beneficiary updated by phone or in person. Working closely with the Area Welfare Officer to complete each case successfully.

What skills are required?

Patience, interest in supporting people, able to speak on phones, management of forms and good listening skills

Will training be given or available?

Yes, tutor-led 2-day on-line training course. You will achieve a Level 2 Information and Advice qualification accredited through the AIM Qualification and Assessment Group. Further and or refresher training is also available.
