PEGS supports parents, carers and guardians who are experiencing child to parent abuse. We provide support at no charge as we believe everyone should have access to the support they need.

What will you be doing?

This role would include contacting, by telephone, parents, carers and guardians who have self referred or who have been referred to PEGS by a professional to discuss the support that is available to them. The aim of this is to create engagement with those referred and to ensure they are aware of what support they can access. PEGS' service manager will work with the volunteers to ensure they are aware of what needs to be done, work will be set out on a weekly basis. Full training will be provided. This role does include some data entry and may include signposting to other services if ours is not right for them.

What skills are required?

Customer service and basic IT skills.
